I have received the invoice noORA080026771 dated 28.05.2008 after paying the postman Rs. 574 29=603. My ITBC membership no. is 08476443.

I am required to register on the above website to avail the free gifts. This site is not accessible inspite of a number of attempts over two days.

How do I avail the free gifts??
