I dr jatinder got ur broadband in january and for some reason i had to disconect in feb.
for that i went to ur customer care service in ludhiana near verka milk plant, Miss Gagandeep was working there as head & we were told that the process of disconnection will take a week & somebody from the office will come to get the modem & handset .but nobody came despite my repeated visits to that local service centre near milk plant. I was harrased mentally as was told repeatedly by miss Gagandeep that the requeat is under process. I had to leave the hostel in DMCH for some personal reasons but nobodo y turned up to get the devices till the end i.e. 1month and few days. I also gave a security deposit of rs1ooo/ at the time of installation & was told to pay a bill of 250 rs to clear all previous balance . this was also told to me only when i went to your service centre in person repeatedly . there was nobody to guide me properly. I was told to return the device i.e. handset & modem by myself so that the refund of sec urity can be done. I did return it on 30/3/09. But still my security was not returned till 13/6/09 & no intimation regarding this was made from ur side. I had to again go to ur service centre near milk plant to know the staus of security refund only to know that the check was already made of rs574/ only & not rs1000/ which was actual security. The installation charges of instrument & unpaid amount, a total of rs 426 including vat were deducted from security & these charges i had already paid before at the time of installation & as my last bill respectively. This way I am being harrased mentally and my precious time is wasted. I am adoctor by profession and believed in ur services. I also have airtel mobile no. but the experience with ur services is very poor. I will never opt to take ur services in near future.
In the end, I hope u improve on ur services & not harrase ur customers. Wat is the sec urity for.
