Dear Sir/ Madam
I always pay my payment of Bill regularly and with in time. I have lodged my oral complaint with Katemanivali BSNL Telephone exchange, Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra on 18th May 09, Monday i.e. My land line phone no. 0251-2341366 is working but I am unable to get internet connection from last four days. The attending office assuered that he is sendign person to attend my complaint and also assued that he will take care of my complaint. Till 21st of May, Thursday no body attending my complaint hence i again inquired about my coplaint then one Mr. Gaikwad attended my complaint. Mr. Gaikwad failed to solve my complaint. Still I am not getting Internet connection. From 14th May, 09 till the date, I am not getting Internet connection. Kindly look into the matter and solve my my problem.
