I have applied for shifting of landline with broadband facility (number 9144 26161442), by April, 29, which is not transferred yet. When I approach the local exchange authorities for inquiring about this, the way they respond is much annoying. They talk as if they are giving something free of cost. Past one month I am not given the facility and the lousy people charge me for this?
I wrote a mail to the customer care (?) center too, but in vain. No any response for that too.
Will anything happen based on this complaint?
