Sir,

I am a central government employ and i was applied for broad band connection I was attached for that document also after two bill it is not regularised and I went Adyar exchange and gave return complaint then they checked my file same paper was there in my file and they given me assurance will do the neccessary action after thee bill was recived it is not regularised. Regarding 1/5/09 to 31/5/09 my plan was changed from 500c to 750 unlimited plan but they were put misc charge Rs. 1360/- What it means. Pleae give me your explain.
