Deactivation temporarily

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am leaving for US today night by 8-40 pm and I will be returning only on 13th January. I request that during this period (22-09 to 12-01) the broadband connection may kindly be deactivated temporarily and from 13th Jan it may be activated.
