Unecessary Bill

I bought broadband 2 months ago and asked the relience personnel to give me 1st month free rental scheme. But he put me in some other scheme and I got a bill of 1250/-. I asked him about the problem, he said he will put a request and it will be corrected. But nothing has happened and my connection stopped working after 4-5 days w/o paying the bill. Now i am getting the bill for the 2nd month though I havent used it for more than 5 days. What should I do??
