Pls note that I am using internet facility under above plan with telephone No.0124-2372759.

Due to above error after shifting telephone from H No.694, Sector-10A, Gurgaon-122001 to H No.586, Sector-10A, Gurgaon-12 I am not availing internet facility w.e.f.01/03.

Pls arrange to send your engineer to attend the problem.
