Sir,

I am one of the very early subscribers to BSNL broad band. My number is 0124 2385519, located in DLF Area, Gurgaon.

In the last 2 months the system is having frequent breakdowns and the error is always 678, Typically, it happens on Friday evenings between 5.00pm to 7.00pm and one has to wait till Monday morning for lodging complaints as 225225 and 1500 do not respond effectively. In fact, I have been requesting that BSNL to get an actual picture of breakdowns must provide a 24x7 complaint facility, .unlike 225225 which only operates between 10.30am-5.00pm 5 days a week... and in that period too the number is usually not accessible.

On the other hand response at 1500 is equally poor when it comes to lodging broadband complaints in specific.

The operaror when prompted on IVR rarely ever comes or the line after some rings just hangs up. Booking complaints on IVR does not take place as often the system responds "u are having some difficulty in your line and hangs up"... these are standard replies after office hours... so how is one expected to lodge a complaint if the error is happening outside working hours and on holidays?

My complaint lodged this morning is GRGB 42646 and yesterday on 1500 is 26749

Please look into this frequent failure of broadband connectivity withg error as 678.
