My phone no. is 0542-2281651. i am subscriber of broadband combo plan 299 since september. but my bills are still coming with the addition of telephone rent.
i have complained it by verbally and written to accounts officer, commercial officer and GM also. but there is no remedy.
though my access amounts are there with BSNL, but BSNL diverted my connection on one way many times.
the connectivity service of Broadband is not satisfactory now a days.
i have complained it also to DGM public grivances UP east.
hope there will some thing good?
