Signature on PAN card is over writed

I Banda Mallikarjuna presently serving at BSF Srinagar Frontier, i am received my PAN Card No. AZDPM2280Q with over writing of my signature on card which is printed by your end,

hence, it is requested to clarify, this may be valid or not, otherwise issue another PAN card against this one.
