Recharge prepaid card and start my simcard

Dear Sir,

My prepaid card validity was expire on 28.02.09, but my sim incoming was on upto 01.03.09, so I recharged my sim with Rs.60/-on 02.03.09 at 11.00 a.m. to continue my incoming the following b.s.n.l.prepaid sim mobile number:9427386438, sim was taken from Ahmedabad, but I donot get balance and my sim incoming stopped on 02.03.09 afternoon.

Please start my life time prepaid card and give me guidance to start my b.s.n.l. simcard.
