Dear Sir/ Madam
Our BSNL Landline phone 0294-2452786 is not working for more than 30 days. We have registered complaints against this to the local authoriyies but it has fallen on deaf ears. We have been told that since their is some problem in the underground wiring your phone is not working. Please note that despite the phone not working we have received a bill for the current month.
You are requested to look into this complain and ask instruct the local authorities to take immediate action. Failing which we would be forced to seek assistance from the consumer forum.
