POOR SERVICE

Respected sir,

bsnl is not giving good service at any level and product.

my broadband connection disconnects at every five to fifteen minute. I have this problem since one month but no action is taken.

Their land line telephone customer care personnel use very rude language and though doesn't do anything.

I think they don't. solve problems but just doing formality.

I hope you can help us.
