This is my 10th complaint on the same matter. I hope it would be the last complaint (by changing to other service providers). My phone number is 9443675664. Even after complaining at different places, no action has been taken to deactivate the BSNL tunes but every month I have been looted about Rupees 60/- in my account. Is it govt organization or a cheating organization? Do they want to respect their customers or cheat them in all possible ways. With so much of dissatisfaction, I am going to throw this filthy organizations sim card. I will not be using it any more.
