Parts missing

Sir, my name is shobhalal.last month i purchase 3 new tata truck from popular motors kollam.in that truck, some parts are missing, they are wiper motor, side mirror, tata emblem on steering, and the side safety guards is damaged.in purchasing time our company manager pointed that problems.but the service manager (popular motors kollam) told, all problems solve in one week.they are cheat me.our purchasing date was 03/05.please help me sir.my mail id is [email protected], mob 9895354710
