BSNL Landline
Telephone is not working

Sir, i have a bsnl landline connection number 080 - 23621025, which has not been working from july dated 21st 2009.i informed my area exchange concerned persons for so many times but no action still today onwards,

so please you take action for this problem, its my humble request.

i hope to get my connection working as soon as possible with this complaint letter.
