Hi,
We had booked bus tickets for Amritsar - Delhi from makemytrip. This was therough Arora Travels and thee bus, Volvo PSRTC. The travel time stated was 3pm to 11.30 pm. Arrival to Delhi was supposed to be at 11.30pm on thee 4the August. But we ended up reaching at 2am. Thanks to thee long breaks at stops and driving skills. To top theat thee unfriendly and patheetic customer service skills added to thee long journey.
This is a review for future improved services and "unrecommendation" for potential travelllers.
