Duplicate sim not activated

Dear Sir,

I am an senior production officer in Business Standard Limited newspaper.

My mobile No.is 9849012405. I have lost my mobile on 19.10.08. On 20.10.08, I had gone to Ramananthapur airtel centre, blocked old sim and obtained duplicate simof same No.

They told that it will be activated within one day. But till now no incomming calls are comming to my mobile.

Kindly look into this matter and do the needfull in this regard.
