Dear Sir,
I had subscribed for a 3 year subscription to Business Today in the month of Sept through Indiatimes.com and my Subscription ID: 1537579. First of all after having my subscription amount they did not start the subscription of the magazine till the month of April only after i complained that having paid the amount towards subscription i have not recd a single copy till march the extract of my email communication is given below

I had subscribed to Business Today during the month of Sept through Indiatimes.com however i have not recd a single copy of Business Today till 26/02. Since i have paid for the subscription it is not a case of missing "A" copy it is a question of missing my entire subscription. You are requested to kindly confrim my subscription number as well as the start date and end date of this subscription.

After my above complain I started receiving the copies however intermittent copies were never delivered to me. Time and again i had to lodge complain for non receipt of the magazine but they did nothing to deliver the copies on timely and regular basis the reason for which i had subscribed to the magazine in the first place.
Since the last 8 months i have stopped receiving any copies of my subscription. I request to you kindly take such erring companies to task so that they do not cheat small customers like me out of our money by not delivering the copies and earning themselves our money for free.
