Non-receipt of bills

I do not receive the hard copy of my post-paid bills. This time I havent received it till date which the due date for payment of bill. This is not the first time and has several precedents earlier. If at all the bill is received, it is only a couple of days earlier to the due date; that too with many disturbing phone calls for postal address re-confirmations. This is done as though the service is obligation or favour done to me. For your information, I pay for it.
