We (myself and my wife) visited this shop at the Times Exhibition held at Palace Ground, Bangalore on 16th Aug. We liked a Baby Sofa Set and Paid the advance of Rs.1000. The total cost was Rs. 5000. They promised the delivery date as 27th Aug, I had requested them to deliver of 25th Aug. However on follow-up on 25th, they said it can only be delivered on 27th.
30th Aug was our wedding so we both got busy with it. There was no call from these guys regarding the delivery. I called them again on 9th Aug I was told it will be delivered on 11th Sep 2009. There was no explanation as to why the product was not delivered on the promised date. I had asked (Yasmin) to ask her manager to call me regarding this, but no call happened.
Today it is 16th Sep 2009 exactly one month since I paid the advance and the shop guys are not bothered to deliver the product.
What can I do now?
This shop is about 20 kms from my place and I have no confidence that it will make any help by visiting them. They have takem my advance money and taking me for a ride.
