Calcutta telephones broadband
My phone line no.24484138 BB nt working since 5 days

1) there is connection faliure on the above unlimited line from the calcutta telephones side.

2) now a days the speed has reduced considerably, now the speed has becone zero although modem is establishing connection.

3) help lines are not operative.

please help
