I stay in Setia Alam and frequent the Caltex Petrol Station at Setia Alam near the Tesco. I must say that the initial inconvenience was that the Pump did not have the card terminal. Now that some of the Pump has been installed with the card terminal, there is still the inconvenience of some pumps without the card terminal. I fail to understand why can't all the card terminal be installed at all the pump.
My recent encounter with the Petrol station is really unpleasant. As I notice a flat tire of my car at the house, I took the risk and drove all the way to the Petrol pump, to find out that it does not even have the facility to pump air for the tyre.
As this is basic service, I fail to understand how a petrol station can be allowed to open without such basic service. I can understand if the facility is faulty, but in this case, there is no provision for such a facility at all.
As a result, I have to take the risk again to drive over to the Petronas station across the road, which provided for 2 such facility.
I think you need to ensure your petrol station operators conform to some service standards, that is if the corporate has made provision for such.
