Canellation of tickets

I have booked the following two tickets on 25.05.2008 and not able to cancell the said tickets on line. So I have sent the email to [email protected] on 28.05.2008 and requested them to cancell the tickets. I have also contacted over phone and remider on 31.05.2008. But ur customer care officer informed that my mail s received and I ll get the refund within 24 hours and also I ll get the ack. But till this time neither received the refund nor the ack mail.
