I have travelled in KSRTC airavat from Mangalore to Bangalore on 26-01 by booking e-ticket under PNR number 316347178 under Pancard No.amplb6658e with total amount of Rs.1026/-. However the conductor has not allowed to travel with the reason not having the identity proof of pancard and forced us to purchase fresh tickets for Rs.490/-each with total amount of Rs.980/- inspiteof our request and producing the ATM card and put us in lot of tension. Further he has advised to get the refund of e-ticket at Bangalore. After reaching the destination he simply informed phone no. 9480815076/5077 to contact and lef the place. As a strained passengers, we have no alternative to contact over phone but in vain. I am furnishing all the details.
