Payment did not came from SBI atm

Dear sir,

One day (06.04.2008 sunday) i went sbi atm at Valabgurh Road IMA Branch ATM (Derhradun) Utranchal, Then i puts the 1000 in atm then payment did not came & not came slip but show messgae server down problem.

again in evening i checks the opening balance then show the slip less 1000 rs.
