Subscription for Capital Market- Order No:34425 done on Dec 29 still not received any magazine even after 3 reminders

Hi,

I had placed the following order for subscription of Capital Market on Dec 29.

ORDER DETAILS:

Order Number: 34425 Order Received: Dec 29

Total Amount: INR (Indian Rupees) 1300.00

Even after repeated mails and confirmation mail received on Feb 15 that the magazines are being sent by courier I have still not received the magazine.

Request your help to ensure that other customers are not cheated.
