Caravan Packers and Movers
Non Delivery of Items

Dear Sir,

I had booked my house hold goods by 'Caravan Packers & Movers' from Delhi through one Mr. John Mathew (9310260277). My luggage was taken by them on 19th of June and Delivered at Chennai on 24th of June. However a carton no. 84 was missing which was acknowledged by their Supervisor Mr. Roshan of Chennai who delivered the goods.

Later inspite of several reminders I have not recieved my goods or any information about the the missing carton.

This is a breach of trust. Can you help me.
