Making misleadind statements

I have availed a car loan from axis bank and submitted post dated cheques, but bank executives are making phone calls and every time they are making misleading statements. some examples i am providing here 1. your cheuqe is bounced. 2. machine is not reading the letters. 3. you have not paid your EMI. 4.Axis bank has not put your cheque for the clearence. 5.we will demand for this amount after six months when this specific cheque will be invalid and so on. the bank executivs want me to pay cash for theEMI They have also said that in futuer also your several number of cheques will be going to face the same problem. I simply asked them to send aletter explaning whatever the reason is, because once i, have gave you post dated cheques now i want an information in writing that the cheque bearing number so is due to so and so reason coud not showing clearence. to my strange the executives are answering that bank can not write such a letter, aiasa karane par bank ki canara bank ke samene insult ho jayagi. bank kis kis ko aisa likh kar dega, RBI KI RULING HAI KI SIX CHEQUES TO BOUNCE HONGE HI.ALL THE TIME THEY START THEIR CALL BY SAYINGYOUR CHEQUES HAS BEEN BUONCED .all thes statements are misleading, causes unnessarry mental disturbences because, after every two days a new person is making phoe call on my mobile or land line number without takin care of afternoontime and sunday also.

such a behaviour is not expected by the reputed institution like axis bank. kindly look into the mattr and take nessary action.
