Sir,

My passport No is E4238652 issued at Delhi.

I prefer Cathay pacific when available. I made Journey on cx 708 seat no 40d on 070609, cx751 seat no 60g on 110609 and cx 751 seat no 33k on 160609.On the last mentioned flight, one ms RUTH (Air hotess) was looking after the passangers. She asked my choice of drinks, I asked for Black label. I was asked to wait. I reminded after 10 mts, again 15 mts, again after 30mts. Again she asked me to wait while serving others, Basically of chinese origin the same drink. On my enquiring again, Ms RUTH replied that she will ask her Boss. I again enquired after 5mts, "YU INDENS CUM TU CATHAY FOR TIS ONLY" came the reply.(Ihave tried to quote the pronunciation).

This is an highly objectionable remark, Ethnic based on caste and I take strong objection to it.

I expect an immediate apology from the concerened.

I propose to take it at appropriate level if no reply is received with in reasonable time.
