Issue of OBC cast certificate

I wanted a OBC caste certificate for myself for my children education purpose. the officials TEHSILDAR NANDED are asking for my father relatives caste proof.

My Grand father dont have caste certificate or school leaving certificate as they are not educated They dont know to read and write any documents.

My Own Father are not educated more then sixth standard how can they get the any caste certificate.

I submitt the below documents to them.

1. Father school leving certificate.

2. "K" patra

3.Kasra Patra.

4.Revenue certificate for not having any land.

5. My School leaving certificate showing my caste as " MOMIN "

6. Scholl register " Admission register'

7. My Voting Card

8. My Ration Card

9. Affidavit

10.passport copy

11.Mandal Adhikari report and all of reuired document

All famalities submitted theire office but my file has return from tehsil for a scrootny " Submitt Fathers relatives cast proof"

I am tried to fullfill the scrootny for long time i am contact to setu for submitt the same but setu officers told to me that your file return to record section for so long pending proposal.(But my file is in under scrootny since one month)

Then i am meet to tehsil officer and request to send my file to setu

Become my file recived in setu i am tried to collect relatives cast certificate.

My cousin sister having caste certificate of JULAHA 57 category.

But on my leaving cetificate shows MOMIN in sub caste.

From anywhere i know that MOMIN is Called as JULAHA also read a notification of Social Walfare deptt. Govt. of Maharashtra for issuing Muslim caste certificate and noted that MOMIN called as JULAHA.

So i am submitt my cousin (uncle doughter) OBC caste certificate in her name issued by Tehsil office PARBHANI in 2000 also issued Validity from Samaj Kalyan office Aurangabad with her affidavite.

This certificate issued on the based of Chachaji cast certificate and contain caste as "JULAHA".

As per govt. notification JULAHA & MOMIN are equal then no any called any clearification or proof for my CASTE. on this caste certificate issue my CASTE certificate as OBC in the suitable category by the TEHSIL official.

Sir, I humbly request to you please have a look into the above subject and advice the solution as soon as possible as Lots of people's are expecting on you to get the solution from you in future they will get any problem for the same.
