Wrong deduction of balance

Sir,

on regularly bases my balance is deducting, even if i am not subscribing to any servives even i have taken dnd services on 11 nov 08, last time i deactivated services on 12 may 09 and my complaint no is-97343373 after that also my balance got deducted for tahe same that time also i requested for refund but i didn't get and when i call for the same in custmer care they hang up my call's regularly right now my bal is in negative for the same services and i am not going to recharge untill tahe case solve even flour supervisor is disconnecting my call, last time i called on 27 may
