I am research scholar at CEERI, Pilani and my cell no. is 9983523283. I just missed call to one of my friend (9785555920) who have caller tone on his cell, and a got a massage from 56789 that i have activated same caller tone. I never give any command but tone has been activated and my account has been deduced by 45 rupees. So kindly help me in this matter & please get me the money deduced back.
