Removal of Caller tune and de activation of the caller tune service

Hi,

My no is 919441710477. I want to deactivate the caller tune service, has in the process iam trying the send message "UNSUB ALL" to 56700 as specified in the bsnl site. But i am unable to send the message and i am repeated getting the failure status fro the message i am trying to send.

So, Please look after the problem and take an appropriate action.
