I had purchased one cell one Top-up Voucar S. No. 1000166946357 on 29-10-09 tried to recharge for my phone. it was showing net work problem. contacted customer care on ph. no. 9400024365. complaint no. AP3010096042, on 30-10-09 I had recive a call from BSNL ph. no. 918123248476 who had ask details of top-up voucher by refering my complaint & promise me that problem will be solved within two hrs. Nothing is happened. on same day afternoon i had registered another complaint it's no is AP3010096382 but nothing is haapened again. so, i had visited cell one's customer care center at GPO Abid they inform me that this coupon is recharge for Ph. no. 9492068293.by hearing this i was shocked how it recharge to another no. what is crediability of Cell-One?

So, you are requested to kindly recharge my ph. no. with Rs. 110/- Immediately.
