My Household goods was moved from Hyderabad on 10/03 Consignment no. HYD/1226 to Ghaziabad on 10/03 and reached at Ghaziabad on 17/03 but they did not delivered the complete items even they were on list. When i approached to Local Office at Ghaziabad then Zonal office at Delhi and Hyderabad office but they are not delivering the misssing item. I am surprised how they are carrying the ISO certificate.
Can anybody suggest me how can i approach to consumer forum on this issue.
