I am not satisfy with your product and service

I am handicapped person travelling in gujrat mail. i am not satisfied that railway giving reservation in local handicapped coach. it is very difficult to travel by sitting on the floor. the person who is travelling with reservation also feel uncomfortable because of figthing each other. Please avoid the reservation in handicapped coach other wise remove the coach and told handicapped person to stand in que and catch the train.
