To dear Sir/Ma'am,
I commute by local train everyday from dombivli (dist thane) at 8:25 am slow to mumbai. 1. I want to know why were the 4 fans out of 8 inside the compartments were not working. One fan in ladies and 3 in gents first class which is backend of the trains. During such season we have to go thru all this...???..2. I travel to north quite often. There they have metro linked to all the smallest areas spread over 100s of kms. Metro speed is 3 times more, the cars are fully AC. I and all the people of delhi travel by metro because it saves time, money and is thoroughly convenient. I do not have any bais on north indians however mumbai has to suffer being a commercial hub and delhi is a capital has a cushion of such worthy expenses. BOTTOMLINE is that IRCTC has done great services which reflected in the newspaper to rajdhani passengers who missed there snacks, having done that WHY? cannot we get the fans just REPAIRED??? or the only people in delhi and people coming from delhi will get such services??? what is the point in starting the new trains and the lauding about the same every now and then in the media??? and today a ceiling fan lands on commuters head on central railways thane station... what does all such crap means??? I am not angry, just a subtle way of putting it across, since we are used to such treatments and indians are like this only.
And this are few reasons why politicians harp about being unbaised and use the sons of soils issue in every election..
I do not know any action ever wil be initiated against the central railways about this complaints. But yet HOPE highly.
