Bad behavior of the TC

The TC pulled my friend's hair to catch hold of her and pulled out of a running train, although she had a ticket for her journey.

the lady TC was not ready to listen to her even.

Please let me know where should i lodge a compliant against such a behaviour of TC's.

i dont think they have been given any such rights.

their job is to check the ticket and take a fine if a person is travelling without ticket.

i think TC's should be tought what are they suppose to do.

i request you to make some rules followed by TC's as well.
