Need Convocation Certificate urgently

Dear sir;

Myself Nisha Namdeo Sanas, passed out T.Y.B.Com in the year October. CCF:005:0025 No. 4724

Due to some reason I was not able to collect my Convocation Certificate.

This is not a complaint but a request.

Kindly advise procedure how to get this certificate. Kindly do the needful.
