Not Exchanging with the perfect size

Hi Sir/Madam,

My aunty buy cloths for his child one month before which are not in perfect size. Its too large. For one moth she is not able to go & exchange the cloths. Mean while his son crack the Tag & My aunty miss place the bill. (But this cloth we are not used till today's date)

Now when i went for the show. Show owner says its not exchangeable. Coz You not having the bill & You not having the tag. I said him ok I am not having the bill then please check your bill register. You will get it. Then he says i am not maintain such old bills & says its not exchangeable.

I agree about the my mistake. But you think there is any scared the shop owner having about the Consumer Complaint. I said no.

So can you tell me what can i do know.?
