Re ; Non clearance of cheque no 928444 dtd. 16-05 on State Bank of India, Jeevandeep Branch, Kolkata vide account no 010825782156.

With reference to the above please note that I have a savings account in your State Bank of India C.I.T Road Branch, Kolkata vide account no 010825782156. On 17 th May’2008

I have deposited Rs 5399/- vide above cheque no at State Bank of India, Behala Branch.

In this connection this is to inform you that all these three branches are core banking branch and the said cheque has to be credited on the same day.

Today I am surprised to see while checking my account through one of your ATM counter that the said cheque has not been credited so far moreover a sum of Rs 35/- has been debited to my account as charges.

Please let me know above the status of the cheque immediately otherwise I have to lodge a complain in RBI grievance cell for necessary action.
