It was one of the most bad experience that my wife and I had with this company. My wife got an interview call from this company and we were there 1/2 an hour before the said time. In fact I had to take a leave to accompany my wife as this place is almost secluded out of city limits with no good commuting facilities. To our much surprise, the interviewer who also happens to be the owner of this company was out of station and we were not even allowed inside the campus. It was just nothing than a great despair for me than for my wife. Then after few months, when we called up they scheduled a meeting and shortlisted my wife. They sent an offer letter over an email which had nothing other than a request for the joining date confirmation. My wife joined on the said date and was made to work for 3 days without an appointment / offer letter at least. When asked for so, they gave one which had salary mentioned as Rs.6500 per month as against Rs. 8500 per month that was assured at the time of interview. In fact the second figure was what she was drawing in her first job in some other city before marriage. How could anyone attempt to pack an employee for something that is less than than his/her present CTC? Anyways, When requested for going through Terms and conditions, the HR Head cynically asked if he can tear off the papers and upon a nod, simply tore it off. The matter then went to President and she said she would not like to have an employee who tears the Offer Letter on just 3rd day after joining, unaware of the fact that it was actually done by her HR personnel. She also threatened that she would circulate a bad feedback on my wife everywhere and see to that she doesn't get a job anywhere else. Losing all the patience, my wife was into tears and quickly walked away from that place taking an impression that would never ever encourage her to join any job later.
I would strongly recommend all victims of such brutal Companies and Company Heads to join hands, post complaints everywhere possible and do all that is necessary to fight for Justice.
