I've gone into the chevron store on beach and garden grove blvd in garden grove. This particular employee named billy has a really bad attitude and poor customer service skills. I walk in and he immeadiately has a mad look on his face and his body language tells me he thinks i'm in there to steal something. I've bought liquor and cigarettes and he slams stuff down on the counter and glares. he has not only done this with me but, with other people. i've been in customer service retail for a long time and the first rule is to acknowledge the customer and find out if theres any thing you can help them with. I just find his attitude and his customer service skills are very poor and would appreciate if someone had a talk with him and showed him how to treat customers with respect and curtisy
