Cinema Paradiso started a branch in Kochi charging Rs. 3000/- membership fee sometime in 2007. They sent their members a notice informing their decision to close office and to claim refund by April. When we approached the office, they informed us that the cheque would be issued from the head office in Chennai. I have called these guys numerous times, but they all pretend not to understand. And to this date, I havent yet received my refund. The office now does not even answer calls.
