Amount Not refunded

I Booked 5 tickets from Cinemax.co.in on Oct 1 Due to Bad web connection the tickets were shown Cancelled, I gave a call to Helpline and sw Someone said the Money will be refunded in 24 hrs. It's been 4 days today but i haven't get my money back and iam trying to reach helpline and not able t6o get a person in call. So please suggest
