Hello sir/mam

i am airtel user for last five years. a good customer indeed..

i always pay my bill before time.. but i highly gutted by your services.. today i found my no. deactivated without any prior notice. since morning i was trying to connect to customer care executive, but no one picked up my calls. till now i have visited relation ship centre twice but all in vain.. also customer care executives are not telling me anything about deactivation. each time i was told to wait for half/one hour. but it is more than five hours.. but nothing happened..

i hope for your quick response. orelse i would leave your company..
