Hi All,
Citi Bank has a very abnormal policy that when you deposit cash across the counter at their branch they dont credit it at the same time instead they take the whole day to credit the money into our accounts. When you ask them what it is they say it is a policy of the bank. When asked where can i check the policy they dont have it any where in the website or at the branch. They say that it has been communicated in the account opening form and no other reference.
It is really means no sense they hold our money without any reason for one whole day and say it as a policy of the bank.
