Dear sir,
I had availed laon from citifinacial during jun. Due to irregular payments, as mine cheques were of C.C accounts so interest was debited on last day of month and hit period was on day 1 of month, how ever i CLOSED the account paying all their dues and I was given no-due certificate frm their side.
My tenour was of 36 months but I closed it on 19 months in advance.
Citi financial has still send my name to CIBIL n they r not upgrading it, more over they are saying I dont have any right to ask them for removal of my name from CIBIL as they have been given power by RBI and CIBIL.
My loan a/c is 5790757.of citifinancial
